Loft Town Residence
The Loft Town Residence is located in the Gràcia neighborhood, a one minute walk from Paseo de Gracia, one of the main streets of the city. Spanish and international students reside there so it is an excellent option for those seeking accommodation with a social environment near the school.
The residence is located in a modern building with various facilities, the staff is extremely friendly and is available 24/7. The building has a capacity for 146 students and has the option of studio apartments and conventional rooms.
Ágora Student Residence
The Ágora Student Residence is located in the district of Vall d’Hebron in the district of Horta-Guinardó, next to a famous park where students can spend their free time. Spanish students, international students, and teachers live in this residence.
It is a perfect environment if you want a place with lots of green space and an active social life.The residence is a large building with a capacity of 220 students. There are options available for Private and Double rooms.
With whom will I share a room?
The student Residence will pair you with someone of the same sex, while taking into account your nationality, interests and travel dates.
Will I be able to walk to school?
The Loft Town Residence is only at an 8 minute walk away from Expanish. If you prefer Agora Residence, we reccommend to travel by subway to Expanish School, as it will take about 28`.
Is there any common space and kitchen in the student residence?
Yes, there is a common space in the residence. There is no kitchen but students can bring their own food.
