How to Apply for Study & Intern Abroad Programs

Start by filling out our quick and easy Study Abroad Application Form here. It only takes a few minutes!

Once we receive your form, one of our Expanish advisors will get in touch to guide you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have.

We'll ask for your academic transcript so we can review it and confirm program details, including your preferred location and available course sections.

Once your transcript is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you your official acceptance letter-congrats!

To reserve your place, pay the $200 deposit within 2 weeks of receiving your acceptance letter.

To make sure everything runs smoothly, submit the following forms by April 22:

• Housing Form

• Medical Form

• Course Enrollment Form

Your final payment is due by April 25. Once that's complete, we’ll send you all final info, including:

• Your confirmed courses

• Housing details

• Orientation schedule
