How You'll Earn Credits
Credits & Course Structure
During your semester in Málaga, you’ll combine academic courses with an optional professional internship, completing 4–5 courses and earning a total of 12–15 U.S. semester credits.
Credits Breakdown:
3 U.S. credits for the required Spanish language course at Expanish Málaga
3–6 U.S. credits from your internship placement and related coursework
3–6 U.S. credits from content courses at the Expanish Study Center
Language of Instruction:
Internship and content courses: English
Spanish course: practical communication and professional Spanish
Weekly Schedule:
Classes are held Monday through Thursday
Internship hours vary based on your host organization and placement schedule
