How Your Madrid Summer Internship Works

1. Initial Advising Session Begin with a one-on-one meeting with our Internship Coordinator to discuss your background, career interests, and professional goals. This helps us identify internship opportunities that best fit your skills and aspirations.
2. Connect with Potential Host Organizations We’ll match you with companies or organizations in Madrid aligned with your profile. You’ll have interviews with potential hosts, and once there’s a mutual fit, your internship placement is confirmed.
3. Orientation & Ongoing Support Before starting your internship, participate in a comprehensive orientation at the Expanish Study Center. Our team provides regular check-ins and feedback throughout your placement to ensure a smooth and rewarding experience.
4. Start Your Internship & Strengthen Spanish Dive into hands-on professional experience with your host organization. In the evenings, take your included Spanish language course to improve your communication skills while gaining real-world work experience in an international environment.
